Didn't use to use collagen, but now do and am thankful for it. Stuff works and makes my tendons an joints feel much better after about a week of use. Would recommend it to others who lift a lot, or run a lot like me.

I hate protein powder. Tastes nasty and same with collagen. Not this stuff! It’s hard to not want 2 servings. Tastes like chocolate milk. The good kind. My nails and hair feel so good. I’m 40 and the youngins think I’m 30.
