Thought it might be a silly product, but apparently collagen is great for your hair, skin, nails and teeth. Definitely saw an effect after the first week of taking this everyday. Is it placebo? Or the real deal? You should try it out regardless
Been taking it for sleep, and noticed an improvement the first night. Takes about 30 minutes and after your whole body gets tired. Immaculate sleep. No grogginess
